In your message or answered call please state the following:

  • My phone number is _____
  • The MLM company I represent is _______
  • I have a website with my company which is: the name on your HBBLeads account matches your replicated MLM website it will help us verify you very fast)

You may also email us answering the questions above, and if we know you and you have a validate matching website, we may be able to approve you faster via email. Please also provide your phone number and the best time to reach you just in case. Send email to:

Answering the above questions will help us continue your lead delivery and autoships ASAP. 

We expect this to be temporary until we identify the source of the problem, and we are work on increasing our verification process for all new customers at this time.

In 10+ years we have never had to do this, however credit card scammers are making us increase our front end security immediately. You will only need to do this one time. 

This will likely become a more private site for our existing clients and their referrals in the future.
